A Tribute in Honor of:
Bob Jensen
CARVER OF THE YEAR 2005 - BOB JENSEN.
Bob Jensen passed away November 22,  
2005. His company and his generous sharing
of skills are missed by all of us.  Bob
posthumously received the very first award
given to a member by unanimous decision.
Bob Jensen 's Nativity
Bob was born on October 12, 1931, in Lakeville,
Indiana. He married Shelda L. Kuneff on May 16,
1959, in Osceola, Indiana and they had two
children, David and Susan. Bob had one
granddaughter, Renee.

Bob retired in 1994 from Shafer Gear Works in
South Bend where he was employed as a truck
driver. He also worked part-time at Clean Sweep
Custodial Service in Mishawaka. He graduated in
1949 from Lakeville High School. He was a member
of Osceola United Methodist Church.

Bob helped start The Council Oak Woodcarvers
Club and was an active member.

He also enjoyed playing golf, and restoring old
cars and tractors. Bob was a Navy veteran serving
in the Korean Conflict.
